Thank you for shopping at Soera. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Do not send your item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., item is not in original condition), we will notify you and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at soerabags@gmail.com and provide photos of the defective or damaged item.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soerabags@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the situation promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
