SOERA – Shipping & Delivery Policy Effective Date: March 1, 2025
Thank you for shopping at Soera. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier's website.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. International Shipping
- Soera ships to multiple countries worldwide.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
- Soera is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- Soera is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at soerabags@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Soera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
- If the issue persists, contact us at soerabags@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soerabags@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Soera is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
